Have this on an AR-15, looks real nice, and so far it seems alright. Nice audible clicks when adjusting zero, easily adjustable brightness/reticle knobs. I like the power/reticle/brightness adjustments more than the vortex red dots, because they're knobs and not small buttons you need to hold down to turn on/off, or press for brightness adjustments, it's just a quick spin of the turrets.
So far it seems to hold zero pretty well, though I only have about 500 rounds down range, and the last 150 were reloaded with a lower grain amount than specified. Out of the 500 rounds, about 200 were 5.56 green tip (65 grain) the rest we're .223 reloads (55 grain).
The standard red dot is pretty hard to see in high light conditions, all of the other reticle types are fine. If you're attempting to do quick acquisition in high light conditions, standard red dot will be unusable, will need to use one of the other options. Circle with center dot has been my go to so far in the absence of being able to use the standard red dot.
Overall the optic seems to be on par with my buddies Vortex Strikefire 2, if you can deal with not being able to use the standard red dot in high light scenarios.
Pros:
Easy to adjust when zeroing in
Audible clicks when adjusting turrets
Each reticle is identified on the left side turret, very quick to find the one you want
Brightness turret on the top is stiff and easily accessible
Holds zero so far (see above for more info)
Paralax seems to be at a minimum
Co-witness works perfect with my magpull iron sights
Cons:
The standard red dot is pretty dim in high light conditions, real problem when it's the best one for precision. -1 Star
Emailed company about above concern and never heard back. -1 Star
I would make this a 5 star if I hear back from Athlon, and if the issue for the standard red dot being dim compared to the other 3 reticles is fixed.

I love this red dot. It's my favorite of the ones I have. The biggest pluses for it is the additional reticle choices, clear glass and decent mounting . I don't pick up on simple dots so easy and I don't like big fat dots covering 6" of a target at 100 yards. So, having these other reticle choices is super. Also the fact that it uses knobs. The push button ones are a pain to use and an even bigger pain to shut off.
