bought the Argos 2x12x42 for my .270 win. Very happy so far with my Deer rifle setup. Holds zero , no fog , just a good all around hunting scope !

I like the size and weight of the scope, but it arrived broken. The side focus doesn't work. The knob turns, but it appears to be stuck on infinity. I also own a Midas HMR 2.5x15. For a little more money it is a MUCH better scope all around.

I really like this scope, the 6x magnification range and solid optical quality punch way above it's price point. Side parallax and reasonable dimensions make it a good hunting scope. It's just a bit heavy and I prefer thin lines in the BCD portion like the illuminated reticle has, the dots are just a bit too chunky for stretching it out on game. Solid scope, the only the ng I'd love in a non-illuminated G2 version would be the reticle change.
