Clear glass, excellent construction. I would recommend.

Construction is great, optics are excellent, focuses nicely.
I love all of the optic coatings, and night vision is quite nice. My only complaint is the cheap strap, but an aftermarket one is easy to put on. I wish it would have included the tripod adapter.
