Athlon Optics is registered with the U.S. Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC), as an exporter. Certain thermal imaging products, riflescopes, and related products manufactured or distributed by Athlon Optics may be subject to U.S. export controls under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), 22 C.F.R. Parts 120–130, or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), 15 C.F.R. Parts 730–774.
Where a product, technology, or related technical information is subject to export-control restrictions, it may not be exported, reexported, transferred, released, or otherwise provided to a foreign person or foreign destination except in accordance with all applicable ITAR or EAR requirements, including any required authorization or license.
For products sold within the United States, the purchaser or recipient is responsible for ensuring that any subsequent resale, transfer, export, or reexport complies with all applicable U.S. laws and export-control requirements.
