WOW! This is a probably the best value HD scope on the market today. It has everything that you need and nothing that you don't. For you to get HD glass and true a precise turrets that you can feel and hear each click of adjustment and true mechanical zero stops, you will easily spend twice as much as this Midas TAC.

Johnny hit the nail on the head.Midas tac does everything well.Athlon add a illuminated reticle option to this same exact model.

This is a great scope! I also have a Vortex hslr 6x24 ffp and the Midas tac has it beat. The Midas is brighter, clearer and has a better zero stop.

I fitted the Midas Tac to a friends 270 today, and I must say that I am truly very impressed with this scope. Once again as is with all Athlon products the scopes packaging is excellent, ensuring that it arrives in your hands the same way as it left the factory. Once fitted it was of to the range, and was finally zeroed at 100. The clarity throughout the magnification range was excellent, I am definitely a fan of the floating dot in the centre of the reticle and will not obscure the target at any range. The turrets are awesome very audible with positive clicks. This is another quality product at a very good price from Athlon. Great work team, and thank you to A&J Sporting.

Ok, I was a Vortex fan boi for a long time but then my missus had to go and spoil my dream by buying a Midas TAC. From the moment I peeped through this scope I secretly knew I had to have one - I just could not tell her that! But finally I bit the bullet and replaced my trusty Viper (on the pretense that I needed it for another rifle).
From the crystal clear, almost lossless lenses, to the beautiful christmas tree FFP rectical, to the almost limitless elevation adjustment, I cannot fault this scope.

Very nice scope for the money. Good glass, good turrets, nice reticle. Parallax knob is accurate and adjusts well.

Question more of a review, looking to buy very interested. Great glass, a friend of mine has one, but what is the low light like on this glass?

Low light performance is acceptable for hunting from dawn to dusk.
