Just purchased this scope, mounted, and sighted it in on my Savage Model 10 in .308 with 24" bull barrel. Its has great clarity and the craftsman ship is great. It has good solid clicks on the torrents. Great eye relief and very quick to obtain clear sight picture even at full power. The illuminated reticle has adjustment on brightness for any condition needed. I am already very happy with my purchase. Can't wait to get it out in the field and put it to work.

Seems like a great well built optic for the price. The contrast and the light transmission is very good. Images are sharp and clear on all magnifications.

This is very important and you need to read this!. I purchased a used midas scope for £425 in as new condition. When it arrived I was not happy with the quality of image. The seller was not interested in helping me so I contacted Athlon in america. They in turn contacted the optics warehouse in England and posted me out a brand new scope. No quibble , No messing around. In this day and age you will struggle to find a company with the integrity of Athlon . They honour a guarantee that is second to none. I know I have tested it.

I bought this scope a couple years ago. I have it mounted on a FX Wildcat .22 PCP rifle. I use it mostly for tree squirrels. The optical clarity is awesome & the lighted reticule is nice in dark woods. I use the side focus for estimating range & the hash marks for points of holdover. Everyone that looks through this scope is amazed at the optical clarity. I personally think this scope would be a good value at over a thousand dollars.

Pitched this scope a couple of years ago. Was very happy with everything. Sighting in was a breeze, this scope moves exactly a quarter inch at 100, I couldn’t believe how precise it was. However first hunt at pre dawn I spotted a coyote, to dark to se reticle, turned on illumination, nothing but blur ? Long story short it was a thumb print on the inside of the lens only visible with reticle on in low light. Called Athlon, they overnight me a new one before I could even send them the old one. All I can say is WOW great product and unbelievably great customer service !!!
