Outstanding glass for the money. I already own the Ares ETR, Helos, and Talos. I put the Argos on my Howa HCR .308 with the 26" barrel. The tracking is dead-on and my 3-shot groups have all bullets touch. Now, I can't justify buying a more expensive scope because for $400 you get a solid scope, illumination, and a zero stop. No other dependable vendors come close. Thanks again Athlon!!!

I'm very happy with the purchase of this scope. I just bought a Tikka T3x 6.5 Creedmoor and put this scope on it and had great results from 100 yards out to 400 yards and so far its been dead on. Great scope for the price and would recommend it.

Unbelievable quality! I've owned a lot of optics over the years and I was recently introduced to Athlon via a friend. I visited a gun dealer and couldn't believe how clear and crisp the reticle was and the edge-to-edge clarity. Throw in features that would easily cost you close to a grand (FFP, IR, MOA/MOA reticle/turrets) and I haven't found a competitor that's close. That includes Vortex... I've avoided buying one since they were introduced. But after my first Argos BTR purchase I'm working on outfitting all of my rifles with Athlon, and believe it or not, that means selling a few Nightforce (great scope and retained value but I couldn't afford the features) and Leupold scopes in order to make the switch. I even got their tactical spotting scope and it's incredible. I wish I had one while I was overseas!
